In Tabitha's house, the Demon Elf and Endora engaged in a violent zap-off. Tabby and Endora hid behind a magical force field, but the elf managed to break through it. He then zapped Tabitha, knocking her unconscious. He invited Endora to join him on the Dark Side, but she refused and zapped him right back. Tabitha soon awakened. Endora and the elf kept on fighting, with Endora gaining her strength from her mother's love. She eventually vanquished the elf, then embraced her mom. Aww. Tabitha feared that she'd be a burden since she no longer had her powers, but her daughter assured her that she wouldn't be.
At the church, Gwen and Rebecca continued to hang out in the back room. Rebecca showed Gwen her text messages from various suitors, including one who worked in a particularly hot profession. They reveled in the fact that Gwen finally "won" Ethan. Rebecca then listed more crimes that she and Gwen had committed over the years. Rebecca finally had the sense to look into Sam's video camera and realized that it had recorded everything. Just then, Sam arrived, looking for his camera. Desperate, she ran off with the device.
In the chapel, Pilar and the other Lopez-Fitzgeralds were overjoyed to see that Antonio was alive. Antonio explained how he'd been held prisoner in Boston by Alistair. He was devastated when he learned of Theresa's "death." After, Luis and Sheridan shared an embrace, which infuriated Fancy. Sheridan, locking arms with Antonio, explained that she wasn't trying to steal Luis from her and suggested they start over. Fancy agreed. Later, Sheridan paid Gwen a visit in the back room and filled her in on Antonio returning and possibly being the man she's destined to be with.... Ivy and Sam chased Rebecca around the church, but she refused to hand over the camera. They ended up fighting over it, which led to Rebecca dropping it on the floor.
Juanita and Hench continued to plot everyone's murder. Juanita spied "Gertrude" by the Book Café and wondered why she seemed familiar. Meanwhile, Theresa was surprised to see that Ethan had followed "Gertrude" out of the church. Ethan asked Juanita (disguised as a nun) if she'd seen Gertrude. Theresa, remembering how she had to stay "dead," hid. Juanita wondered why he wanted to find her; Ethan blathered on about her Gert reminded him of a woman he once loved. Juanita, of course, listened with interest. Later, the nun told Theresa about the man who was looking for her, and she also began to fill the "nun" in on her troubles. Juanita realized that Gertrude was Theresa and encouraged Gert to return to the church (so that she could die with everyone else Juanita planned to kill).
Back at the church, Father Lonigan sensed that Ethan was troubled. He suggested they postpone the ceremony, but Ethan was determined to go through with it and make Gwen happy. The ceremony then began with Gwen happily making her way down the aisle. However, all Ethan could think about was Getrude. Theresa headed back to the church. Meanwhile, Juanita put her finger on the button which would activate the bomb.

Rebecca was thrilled when Sam's video camera got smashed on the floor. "What was on this camera that you didn't want us to see?" Ivy demanded, but Rebecca feigned ignorance. Both Ivy and Sam were convinced that Rebecca is hiding something.
As Gwen walked down the aisle, she was peeved when Gertrude showed up in the back of the church. "We have to stop this wedding ceremony right now," Ethan suddenly announced and Gwen panicked that he was calling everything off. However, Ethan explained that he couldn't continue with the vows without
Sam, Ivy and Rebecca in attendance. The priest explained he couldn't delay the proceedings and Ethan suggested that Noah and Paloma get married at that moment. As Pilar went to retrieve the couple, Theresa remained hopeful that Ethan wouldn't go through with renewing his vows.
Gwen found her mother who revealed that their conversation about Theresa had been recorded on Sam's camera but Rebecca assured that she destroyed the evidence. Meanwhile, Ethan tracked down Sam and Ivy but they were confused as to why their son would delay the ceremony for any reason. Ethan admitted
that he is falling for Gertrude because she reminds him of Theresa. "There's no room dark enough to make her look good, how could you be attracted to her?" asked Ivy as both she and Sam pointed out that Ethan is simply confused.
Pilar told a shocked Theresa that is indeed Antonio sitting with Sheridan in the church. Theresa was also surprised to learn that her brother has reunited with Sheridan. Pilar then introduced "Gertrude" to Antonio. "You look so familiar," he said.
Paloma freaked when Noah saw her in her wedding gown. "Our marriage is doomed," she shrieked but Noah assured it was a silly superstition. Paloma wanted to cancel the wedding but Noah begged her to reconsider. Paloma gave in. Pilar arrived and announced their wedding has been moved up and they
excitedly headed to the altar. Luis walked his sister down the aisle and the couple exchanged vows, then were pronounced husband and wife. As the newlyweds were leaving, an earthquake struck Harmony.

At Tabitha's house, she and Endora were searching for Fluffy when an
earthquake struck Harmony. Tabby realized that this was the beginning of the end of the town. Once the shaking stopped, Fluffy ran into her cage. Tabitha was horrified to learn that she and Endora were now trapped in the house, as no doors or windows would open. Endora asked her mother what to do. Tabby tried to check the Magic Bowl but was "dissed," since she no longer had her powers. Endora then asked the bowl for an update and it erupted in flames. Tabby grabbed a fire extinguisher and put out the bowl. The remaining image horrified her. It was an erupting volcano, prophesizing that Mount Harmony was about to erupt. (Apparently, Hecuba discovered its existence when she and Tabby arrived with the pilgrims.) Tabby instructed Endora to ask the Bowl who was responsible for the destruction to come. Endora gazed and saw a man with the initials J.Z., who was pulling the feathers out of a dead peacock! Endora tried in vain to get them out of the house. Tabby feared Harmony would end up like Pompeii.
At the waterfront, Juanita, still disguised as a nun, mistakenly believed
the quake was the bomb blast at the church. She laughed maniacally until the rumbling stopped and she realized that the church was still intact. Juanita was furious and when her remote detonator didn't work, she hustled off to set the timer manually.
The crowd in the church panicked as the quake shook the structure and the lights went out. When Father Lonnigan told the congregation to pray, the ground settled. Gwen fumed as Ethan went to check on Gertrude. Once everyone recovered, Ethan and Gwen's renewal ceremony began. As Gwen silently told herself she finally beat Theresa, Gertrude silently lamented that without Ethan, she might as well be dead. As the service continued, Gertrude couldn't watch anymore and went to the back of the church to pray. Just then, Juanita arrived to reset the bomb. Gertrude spotted her and chased after her.
At the altar, Ethan lamented to himself that he wanted Theresa, but he
proceeded with his vows to Gwen. As the ceremony continued, Little Ethan tried to fix Sam's video camera. Rebecca said to herself that she was so proud of herself and Gwen that they succeeded with all their scheming. Meanwhile, Pilar secretly hoped Gwen would burn in hell. Sheridan reiterated to Antonio how glad she is that he's alive and he came back to her. Little Ethan fixed the camera and showed Sam, as Pilar fretted that Gwen and Rebecca have won.
Gertrude followed Juanita to the basement, where she discovered the ticking bomb. Before she could run, Juanita showed up. Gertrude begged the nun to help her but Juanita revealed that she figured out Gertrude is really Theresa and then removed her habit to reveal her own true identity. Juanita then pulled a gun on Theresa. Theresa ripped off the Gertrude wig and vowed that she wasn't going down without a fight. Juanita cocked the pistol.
