Tabitha was miffed that Endora wouldn't help with the packing, as she was anxious to get out of Harmony before disaster struck. Esme showed up with champagne, saying she skipped the rehearsal dinner because Julian and Eve had reconciled. The Magic Bowl started to bubble with a message for Esme that she didn't want to hear. The message revealed that Viki killed her parents. Esme refused to believe it. Tabitha pointed out that the hard truth was that Viki was a serial killer, and she was about to strike again. Tabitha was sympathetic to Esme's plight, as the stunned aunt watched Viki's reign of terror play out in the bowl. "It's true," she cried. "My sweet, innocent niece is a serial killer!" The bowl had one last secret for Esme — it revealed the poisoned guests at the rehearsal dinner. Esme fainted. When she came to, she rushed over to the church. Endora, who still wouldn't materialize, told her mother that they had to help Esme. Tabitha was reluctant; she still wanted to get out of Harmony as soon as possible.

At the rehearsal dinner, Sheridan decided to let Fancy die by allowing her to eat the poisoned mushroom sauce, but decided then she'd speak up in order to save everyone else. Viki then announced that dinner was served.

Ethan was relieved when "Gertrude" arrived at the dinner, unaware that someone had just tried to kill her. Gwen invited "Gertrude" to join her and Ethan in order to torture her. Gwen assured that someday "Gertrude" would have a man of her own, one just as wonderful as Ethan.

When Eve and Ivy discussed Pretty being institutionalized, Eve mentioned that mental instability runs in the family with some of the Crane women. Ivy disagreed, citing Sheridan as an example of a woman with a healthy mental outlook. Meanwhile, Sheridan was silently waiting for Fancy to keel over. In the meantime, she called the women on their own track records when it came to men. Eve and Ivy were contrite afterward. Eve noted that, "Love based on anything but the truth is doomed," giving Sheridan hesitation about letting Fancy die so she could be with Luis. Sheridan had a change of heart and as everyone was about to eat, she said she had an announcement. Just then, the disguised Vincent sneaked up behind her and poked a gun in her back, stating that if Sheridan spoke out, he'd shoot. Sheridan then said she wanted to propose a toast. After her speech, Vincent and Viki escorted Sheridan out and locked her in a closet. Then they skipped back to the reception. Vincent put on some music to mute Sheridan's pleas for help.

As everyone was about to eat again, Noah stood up and proposed a toast. Luis noticed Sheridan was gone and thought he heard her crying for help. He asked Fancy to check the ladies' room for Sheridan. Viki told the couple that Sheridan got a call and had some business to take care of.

Soon Julian began to cough, and other guests started feeling queasy and dizzy. As everyone got worse, Sam tried to phone for help but collapsed. Vincent pulled off his wig, shocking the police chief. Viki then announced her duplicity, as well. Eve was horrified. When she didn't collapse, Vincent went to strangle his mother. Ethan then collapsed and Gertrude, who hadn't eaten anything, rushed to his aid and realized he had stopped breathing.

At Tabitha's house, Endora still refused to materialize for her mother. Norma and Edna arrived at Tabitha's with surfboards in hand. After hearing Tabby's dire prediction for Harmony, they started working on their "Bucket List." (The things they wanted to do before kicking the bucket.) Tabitha told the ladies that they weren't doomed, but everyone else in Harmony was. The ladies agreed to help Tabitha get Endora to materialize. When their efforts failed, Tabby told the girls they could go but Norma refused to abandon their friend in her hour of need. Edna agreed. The gals pretended that evil returned to Harmony to take Edna and Norma back to Hell. The trickery got Endora to return and, though invisible, Tabby managed to trap her in a cage. Tabby then started to reminisce about all the good times she had in her home. Endora begged her mother to help the mortals. Norma and Edna were willing to pitch in but Tabitha insisted the town was doomed.

At the church, Julian tried to prevent Vincent from strangling Eve. Vincent called Viki to help. Esme arrived at the church and freed Sheridan, who'd been locked in a closet by Vincent and Viki. The girls were shocked to see all the fallen guests. They found Luis and Fancy and broke the news that Viki was a killer. Sheridan silently regretted wishing Fancy dead. Esme went to Viki and chastised her for causing so much carnage. Meanwhile, Vincent continued strangling Eve. Viki explained to her aunt that she didn't want to become a serial killer; it just happened. Viki confessed she was afraid Esme would abandon her, but Esme assured her niece that would never happen. Then, Esme and Sheridan pulled Vincent off Eve. Recovering, Eve laid into Vincent for his murderous ways and demanded to know about the poison, but he refused to speak. During an argument with Esme, Viki spilled the origins of the poisoned mushrooms and Eve realized that there was an antidote available. She rushed to call the hospital but couldn't get a signal on her cell phone. She vowed to get everyone up and walking. Viki and Vincent congratulated each other on their accomplishments and, feeling hungry, decided to leave and get a bite to eat. Julian rose up and prevented them from leaving. Julian then told Eve not to give up hope.

Across the room, Theresa tried frantically to revive Ethan. She was relieved when he awoke. "You're not Gertrude," he coughed. "You're Theresa. You're alive." Theresa took off her glasses and pulled out her fake teeth and they kissed. Theresa then shook Ethan — she was just fantasizing about his recovery. Fearing she'd lost Ethan forever, Theresa picked up one of the poisoned mushrooms and held it to her lips.

Sheridan rushed to Luis's aid. He begged her that, if she still loved him, she'd help Fancy first. Fancy told her aunt that she loved her. Sheridan reciprocated, but feared that her initial hesitation to speak up about Vincent's plan has doomed Luis to death.

Tabitha again pleaded with Endora to leave town so they could go to Precious's house, but Endora wanted them to save their friends. Esme joined in, pleading with Tabby to help save everyone at the church. Tabitha refused, but Esme didn't think the witch would be able to live with herself if she let everyone die. Tabitha argued that she was sick of being an outsider, but Esme thought this was a poor excuse to not save her neighbors. Endora panicked when she realized that her father, Julian, was at the church. Esme was shocked when she realized that Julian and Tabitha produced a child. Endora begged Tabby to save him. Esme insulted Tabitha by saying she was worse than a typical mortal. The witch argued that everyone was going to die anyway, but Esme disagreed that the prophecy was written in stone. Esme then quoted a particular TV show. Tabby finally revealed that she'd lose her powers if she entered the church, and would become a mortal. Endora promised to use her magic to protect both of them. Tabitha eventually relented and decided to save everyone.

At the church, Viki and Vincent laughed as everyone became ill from the poisoned mushrooms. Eve tried to call for help and got in touch with the hospital, but the storm prevented help from coming. Eve then went around and handed out water to everyone so they could flush out the toxins. Sheridan cared for an ill Luis and Fancy, while Eve tended to Julian. Pilar passed out in Theresa's arms. Julian insisted that he was feeling better and encouraged Eve to help everyone else. Julian then slid to the floor and fell unconscious. Luis stood up and went to help his mother. Julian died.... Pilar also passed on.... Eve tried to strangle Vincent, but he got the upper hand and fed her the mushrooms. Meanwhile, Viki fed them to Sheridan. Both of them died. Luis and Fancy struggled to stay awake and alive. Theresa sobbed over a dead Ethan's body.

Tabitha, Endora and Esme headed to the church, but were blocked by a huge, flashing cross. Tabby chickened out with her rescue, but the witch changed her mind when Endora kissed her on the cheek. They entered to find everyone dead, and a gleeful Viki and Vincent standing over the bodies. "You can never leave me now," Viki said to Esme.
