At Tabitha, er, Juanita's home, Paloma searched for Roberto, fearing that Noah killed him. Noah denied it, explaining that all he did was yell at Roberto for pursuing Paloma, and then after Roberto took a swing at him, Rob jumped out the window. Paloma was angry with Noah for fighting with Roberto, but he argued that Rob was the one who'd started a fight.

Tabitha panicked when she couldn't find Endora. Turns out, Endora had made herself invisible so that they wouldn't be able to leave Harmony. Later, Esme entered the attic where Tabby was searching for her daughter and wondered what was going on. "Are you on the same prescriptions I am?" Esme asked, as she watched stuffed animals floating around. "If the world were like this all the time, I'd stay stone cold sober." Esme then saw a broomstick fly by and accused Tabitha of being a witch. Tabitha gave in and admitted it. "I'm a spell-casting, union card-carrying witch!" she announced Really, witches have unions?. Esme agreed to help Tabby find Endora if Tabitha granted her three wishes.... Meanwhile, as Tabby and Endora fought, one of Endora's spells briefly turned Noah into an ape. Later, Paloma and Noah made up.

Also at the mansion, Ethan wondered what happened to the letter he'd found from Theresa. He was glad to have "Gertrude" on hand to listen to his problems. Gert wondered why he wanted to remarry Gwen when he didn't love her. Ethan replied that he does love Gwen in her own way and wanted to marry her for the kids' sake. Gert suggested he wait to get married, but he believed he'd be "satisfied" with Gwen.... Gwen was grateful that she'd stolen the letter before he had a chance to read it. Rebecca wondered if Pilar was the person who'd written the letter, but Gwen was positive that it was Theresa's handwriting. They checked against an old letter and the handwriting checked out. Still, Gwen wondered why these letters kept popping up, especially from someone who was too young to be anticipating her death. Rebecca was also suspicious about the timeline mentioned in the note regarding Little Ethan's adoption. They realized that Theresa was alive.... Theresa decided to leave another "long-lost letter" for Ethan to find.

At the Crane mansion, Fancy and Luis relished feeling safe, now that they knew Pretty was faking her pregnancy. Fancy thought Pretty should pack her bags and head for someplace other outside of Harmony. Meanwhile, Pretty planned to splash acid in Fancy's face, despite Sheridan's pleas that she not do it. Sheridan wasn't sure if she should tell Fancy about Pretty's plan, noting that if Fancy is injured, Luis would probably leave her and Sheridan could have Luis for herself.... Back in her bedroom, Luis and Fancy had sex and he commented about how he could stare at her face forever. Later, Pretty paid Luis and Fancy a visit and refused to leave, despite them demanding that she get out. "I'm sick an tired of hearing about your damn scar," Fancy snapped. "If you hate it so much, why don't you just cut off your head?" Fancy then noted that Pretty's true ugliness is on the inside. Pretty held a vial of acid behind her back, then splashed it in Fancy's face.

At Tabitha's house, Tabby agreed to grant Esme three wishes only if Esme successfully found an invisible Endora. Tabitha explained that she's been in Harmony for 400 years and needed to leave town before disaster struck. "You must have had more work done than all the real housewives of Orange County put together," Esme noted. As they searched, Esme clarified that she's not a floozy while Tabby clarified that she's not a genie. Esme was impressed when she came across Tabitha's collection of love letters from historical figures. Tabitha grinned as she remembered her favorite "Toy Boy" and the ladies bonded. Esme wanted to know how Tabitha got all of those men to fall for her. Tabby replied that she never used magic to land a guy — all she ever did was smile. Esme declared the witch her role model. She tried to lure Endora out of hiding by putting together a nice makeup kit for the little girl to play with. "Little girls like to look grown up," Esme explained. Tabby answered that Endora could use magic to turn herself into a grownup. However, Esme's plan worked and Endora indeed began to play with the makeup.

At the Crane mansion, Pretty splashed Fancy's face with acid, causing it to burn and scar. Fancy looked in the mirror and screamed. Luis called an ambulance as Fancy's face literally fell off in chunks. (Eww!) Pretty sat back and laughed. She then asked Luis for another chance and he agreed. Sheridan soon arrived and was horrified to see what Pretty did to Fancy. Oops — turns out this was all a fantasy and Fancy was fine. Fancy wanted to know why the others were barging into her bedroom. Pretty proudly admitted that she wanted to splash her sister with acid. Fancy recalled that she hadn't meant to hurt Pretty; she was just trying to defend herself while fighting with her. Luis urged Pretty to put her anger behind her, but she refused. In the back of her mind, Sheridan thought that Luis could be hers if Fancy were indeed disfigured. However, she then decided that she doesn't want Luis to return to her just because Fancy suddenly became unattractive.

Meanwhile, Gwen and Rebecca realized that Theresa was alive after noticing that Theresa had referenced Little Ethan's adoption in a "long-lost" letter. "How does she survive these things?" Rebecca wondered. "Maybe she's part cockroach because I read that they're going to outlast all of us." "Theresa's been under our noses this whole time," stated Gwen. "That's funny, I don't smell tacos," replied Becks. Meanwhile, in one of the upstairs bedrooms of the Crane manse, Theresa vowed to not let Gwen found out that she was alive. Ethan walked in as he heard "Gertrude" muttering about something he doesn't know. Gert prepared to tell him the truth about being Theresa, but changed her mind. Instead, she shared that she loves a man she can never have.... Gwen concluded that "Gertrude" was actually Theresa.

At Tabitha's, Esme managed to lure an invisible Endora out of hiding by setting up some makeup for her to play with. Esme and Tabitha quietly approached the little girl and grabbed for her, but didn't catch her. They then heard Endora walking to the corner of the attic. Tabby begged her daughter to make herself visible, to no avail. The ladies relaxed for a moment. Esme was impressed when Tabby zapped them a couple of Martimmies. "It's so much fun having a witch as a friend," she gushed. "Almost as fun as having a pharmacist for a friend." They then discussed the challenges that come with caring for a child. "I've even delayed taking my morning Lithium until I've dropped Viki off at school in the morning," said Esme. "Mostly." Esme was concerned that Viki was being exposed to so much murder. Tabitha thought to herself about Viki being a killer and wondered if the teen was connected to the disaster approaching Harmony. Tabitha started to tell Esme the truth about Viki, but Esme was asleep and didn't hear. The witch zapped Esme back into her own bed and decided to zap a certain movie star into her new friend's bed with her so that Esme wouldn't have to sleep alone.

At the Crane mansion, Ethan asked "Gertrude" if she was in love with him, but she denied it. Downstairs, Gwen and Rebecca realized that Theresa was Gertrude, and believed that Little Ethan and Pilar knew the truth. Gwen blamed Rebecca for hiring Gert. "You should be mad at Theresa for not dying," snapped Becks. "Even that shark wouldn't eat her; that should tell you something." Later, Theresa sadly packed her and Little E's things, while Ethan watched the slide show that Little E had put together.... Rebecca wanted to call Juanita to let her know about Theresa. Later, "Gertrude" and Ethan came downstairs and the ladies prepared to tell him the truth about the nanny.

Meanwhile, in Fancy's room, Pretty argued with her sister, then splashed acid in Fancy's face. Fancy screamed. Sheridan called an ambulance, while Luis cared for Fancy. Fancy then looked up and her face was fine; Pretty began to freak out, babbling about how Luis is supposed to be with her. Luis then revealed that Sheridan blocked Pretty's arm, which prevented the acid from hitting Fancy's face. Pretty tattled that Sheridan knew about her plan to hurt Fancy and hadn't warned them. Sheridan explained that she hadn't taken Pretty's threat seriously and that she just thought Pretty was blowing off steam. Luis and Fancy understood and weren't upset with Sheridan, which made Pretty even angrier. Pretty continued to mutter to herself. Fancy felt bad that her sister hated her so much and apologized to Pretty. Pretty replied that she deserved to get her revenge. Later, Sheridan announced that Pretty had a big secret — and ripped off Pretty's fake scar!

Vincent took Viki to the wharf and revealed his plan on how they'd kill everyone in Harmony by poisoning them. She was skeptical when he shared how they were going to pick poisonous mushrooms. She didn't believe they'd find 'shrooms on the docks, but Vincent found some growing beneath the boards. He explained that they'd make a sauce with the mushrooms.
