As Theresa planned to reveal herself to Ethan, he was bemused at who would leave him a note to meet him in one of the guest bedrooms. Theresa called her mom, who wished her luck in reconciliation. Ethan entered the romantically decorated guest room and couldn't believe his eyes. Overjoyed at seeing Theresa in the flesh, they hugged and kissed. Ethan wanted answers to where Theresa has been. "I've been in mourning after the love of my life died. Now explain," he asked. Theresa told her love all about her Mexican adventure. Ethan was floored when Theresa revealed she is actually Gertrude, the kindly, weird, frizzy-haired nanny. Theresa then said that Juanita was captured so the threat to their happiness no longer exists. After 30 minutes, however, it was revealed that the reunion is just a fantasy of Theresa's. As Theresa checked her makeup in the guest bathroom, Ethan entered the guest room.

At the border, as Juanita was readying to be transferred to court, she told her captors that she has no doubts that not only would she not be convicted, she'd exact her revenge on Pilar and her family. During the transfer, one of the guards shot the others, revealing he was on Juanita's payroll. As the duo attempted escape, a helicopter hovered and ordered Juanita to surrender. Juanita and her accomplice ran. They escaped, and Juanita vowed to kill Pilar and her family.

Gwen told her baby that nothing would ever separate her and Ethan again. Gwen went in search of Ethan and found him in the romantically decorated guest room. They both thought the other had done this but both admitted they did not. Gwen thought it seemed like something Theresa might pull — if she were alive, that is. Theresa eavesdropped from the guest bathroom. When she made a noise, Ethan and Gwen demanded that whoever is hiding in there has to come out — now!

At Tabitha's house, Kay fretted about why her wedding dress went up in flames. Noah claimed that he didn't knock over a candle — Tabitha knew that was true. Noah read Roberto the riot act for making moves on his fiancé, Paloma, but Miguel interceded and pointed out that love will keep them all together. Just then, all the knick-knacks jumped into the air and Swooped down on the group. Tabby fretted that the impending marriages are doomed. As the kids cleaned up afterward, Miguel tried to reassure Kay that their love is true. Paloma picked up a piece of a broken mirror and saw Theresa's reflection! "It's a message from the grave," Paloma cried. No one else could see the image as Paloma cried about doom and gloom.

Pretty was upset that Luis and Fancy are getting engaged. Sheridan tried to calm her, to little avail. Fancy heard Pretty's scream and wanted to investigate. They ran into the hall, but found nothing. Fancy thought it sounded like a woman whose life is collapsing. Luis thought maybe it is a wolverine. Around the corner, Pretty and Sheridan wanted to gag. Sheridan told Pretty that it was time to get serious. When Fancy excused herself, Luis called to check on his arrangements for the Crane jet. As an eavesdropping Pretty vowed that the lovers would not take off, Sheridan muttered to herself that she'd manage to keep Luis and Fancy apart. At the airport, as Luis and Fancy readied for their trip, Pretty met up with a pilot in the lounge and drugged his coffee.

At the hospital, Julian awakened and began screaming, but then calmed down and assured "Little Julian" that he'd soon have an operation to be fixed. When he fell back asleep, someone approached Julian with a blade; it was Eve, who laughed maniacally. Turns out, Julian was dreaming. Eve awakened him for real and insisted that she wasn't trying to attack him. Eve relayed some sad news: Little Julian was shrinking. "You may have to call him 'Teeny weeny Julian,' or under the circumstances 'Peanut' would be good," she suggested. Turns out this was a dream within the dream (so confusing!). Julian awakened again and looked around his room, confused. He was heartbroken as he mourned the predicament with his penis. He contemplated suing Eve in a malpractice case.

Meanwhile at Eve's house, Vincent, donning a lovely pink housedress, made a video for his unborn child. He filmed Eve and went on about how the baby's grandmother was a drunk. Eve was not amused and blamed Vincent for making her hurt Julian. Later, Vincent's water broke. "Mommy, your little boy is about to become a mommy?" he asked, thrilled. "Daddy and I are finally going to get to be parents. Daddy is going to get the daddy and granddaddy at the same time." "My son is about to have a baby, can you think of a better time to get drunk?" Eve asked, grabbing some booze. Vincent, however, demanded that Eve deliver the child right there in the kitchen, reminding her that he's supposed to be dead. "If a dead man walks into the emergency room trying to have a baby, don't you think someone will realize he's alive?" After, Vincent put on his Valerie disguise so the baby could meet its "Mommy." Soon, Vincent began having contractions; Eve refused to give him an epidural, explaining that his insides were too "complicated." Later, Julian wandered into Eve's home and was shocked to see "Valerie" was in labor. He wanted to take "her" to the hospital, but Vincent screamed out, "No!" Vincent then removed his wig and revealed himself.

Luis and Fancy got romantic in a private jet, anxious for take-off. Pretty had confidence that their trip would be ruined, then flashbacked to having drugged the pilot. On the plane, the pilot became drowsy; he tried to fight it, but drank more of the coffee which Pretty had drugged. The pilot then called to make an emergency landing, but fell asleep. A clueless Luis and Fancy had sex on the plane. They kissed

At the Crane mansion, Gwen became nervous when Ethan stated that he's going to get revenge on Juanita and anyone associated with her. Meanwhile, Theresa hid in the bathroom and panicked when Gwen and Ethan pounded on the door. Gwen hacked through it with an axe. "Oh, my God, it's you," Gwen said once she got the door opened.

On the plane, Fancy and Luis kissed and declared their love for one another. Meanwhile, the pilot was out cold. Suddenly the plane lurched. Luis called the pilot to see what was going on, but couldn't get the pilot on the intercom. They went into the cockpit and found the pilot unconscious. Luis tried to wake him up, to no avail.

In the Crane mansion, Gwen and Ethan busted through the door of the bathroom where Theresa was hiding. Meanwhile in Mexico, Juanita continued to plot her revenge on Pilar. She implored her minion to find them — and to make her point, gripped the poor guy in a particularly sensitive spot. Hope he doesn't plan to use Eve as his surgeon... Back in Harmony, Pilar got a call that Juanita had escaped and planned to stop Theresa from telling Ethan that she's alive. In the bathroom, Gwen and Ethan found "Gertrude," then stumbled through to the bedroom and found it set up for romance. Gwen was furious when she learned that Gert planned a romantic dinner for Ethan. Gertrude lied that the dinner was for Gwen and Ethan. Ethan was touched, but Gwen didn't trust her. Theresa was devastated to learn that she'd have to continue staying "dead". Determined to ruin Gwen and Ethan's evening, Gertrude interrupted them with dessert. She almost injured Gwen while serving it. Later, Gwen found Gert's false teeth in the dessert.... After Juanita's goon found Pilar's location, Juanita launched into a long monologue about — what else? — her plans for Pilar.

In Eve's kitchen, Vincent was still in labor. Meanwhile, a baffled Julian tried to comprehend becoming a daddy/granddaddy to his son's kid. "Did you do anything besides reattach my penis wrong?" Julian barked at Eve. "Is my brain on upside-down and not working as well?" Their argument was interrupted by a screaming Vincent, who was hit by a contraction. Vincent then confessed to also being Valerie. Julian took a long sip of some whiskey as Vincent related how "Valerie" had seduced Julian. Eve confirmed this; Julian's eyes rolled back in his head and he fainted. When he came to, Eve was helping Vincent with his breathing. Meanwhile, Eve filled in Julian on how Vincent had been gaslighting her. She explained that she'd realized Valerie was Vincent because she recognized "her" genitalia — and that Vincent was responsible for making Eve reattach Julian's penis wrong. A furious Julian tried to strangle Vincent, but Eve stopped him. Vincent explained that he wanted to get revenge on Julian for getting Eve pregnant with Vincent, and then abandoning his son. "The world has gone mad!" Julian cried. In between having contractions, Vincent filmed his own birth for his blog. Julian refused to say hello to his child-to-be. "Say something nice in this camera!" Vincent growled, but Julian refused. Vincent assured Julian that he wouldn't use their names on his Web site. He suddenly let out a shriek of agony as the baby started to come out. Vincent sensed that something was wrong with the birth, but still refused to go to the hospital. Julian suggested Eve just give Vincent some booze and perform a c-section.
