"Roberto's arrest is a mistake," Paloma insisted to Noah. Sam came out of the interrogation room with Roberto and Paloma asked what crime he was being charged with. Sam said Roberto was inside a nightclub known for drugs when it was raided. Roberto knowingly looked at Noah (who previously convinced Roberto that the club was okay) but Bennett wouldn't say anything in his defense. When Roberto announced that he was told that the place was fine, Paloma demanded to know who gave him such bad advice. Noah confessed that he did. Paloma became angry and said she would post Roberto's bail. Sam announced that Roberto could be deported, which made Paloma come to his rescue even more. Noah got mad at himself for pushing them together.

As Fancy listened, Eve informed Luis and Pretty that she is pregnant. Even though Pretty falsified the results, she feigned innocence. Fancy hoped that someone else could be the father, but Pretty confirmed that Luis was the only candidate. "I don't buy it, Pretty," fumed Fancy. "You're trying to ruin everything." When Luis defended Pretty, Fancy got upset. "I don't want to be saddled with an illegitimate child," Pretty whined but Luis assured Fancy that this wouldn't change anything between them and she seemed a little comforted. "We'll just see about that," Pretty growled to herself, then told Luis and Fancy that she has decided to end her pregnancy.

Theresa successfully sabotaged Ethan and Gwen's romantic evening with itching powder, super hot salsa and a screaming Jane. Ethan got peeved when Gwen snapped at Little Ethan after he got out of bed to express concern about his restless little sister. Theresa giggled at her handiwork as she lurked outside of Ethan's bedroom and eavesdropped on Gwen getting frustrated. Jane stopped crying and Theresa (as Gertrude) assured that the little girl was resting comfortably. While an itchy Gwen showered, Theresa tucked in Little Ethan. "I can't wait for us to be a family," she told her son. Theresa then returned to Ethan and got him to talk about Theresa. "She was incredible," he sighed. Gwen emerged from her shower and Ethan told her that it was important that they talk about Theresa to her kids every day. After they were finally alone, Gwen tried to get amorous with Ethan but he claimed he was too tired.

Noah served up drinks at the Blue Note. Paloma soon arrived with Roberto and blamed Noah for getting Roberto arrested. Noah pouted and denied sending Roberto to the dive that got raided. Noah apologized. Paloma forgave him, but still feared that something would ruin their relationship. The Demon Elf appeared in the bar and was disgusted to see the couple being affectionate. Noah offered to make Paloma and Roberto his specialty drink. The elf vowed to break up Noah and Paloma by using Roberto. He tapped into Noah's memories to see if Noah had any special ladies from his past. "Sex, sex, sex, that's all you human males think about, 24-seven," stated Elfie. "Not that there's anything wrong with that." Elfie was angry when all of Noah's thoughts were about Paloma. He finally found a thought about Maya, but then realized Maya was dead. Elfie searched for another woman in Noah's mind. He finally found one, and turned himself into that lady. Elfie had trouble adjusting to having a woman's body. "I always forget how top-heavy these creatures are," he complained. Noah spied the hot woman and began kissing her. Paloma was horrified to see this. Noah pulled away and went to explain things to Paloma. Elfie was offended. "Some people would sell their souls to be with me. Ask Faust." Paloma was furious with her fiancé.

At the hospital, Pretty told Luis that she wanted to get an abortion, but Luis tried to stop her. They argued over who had the right to make that decision. Luis promised to be a "real dad" if she kept the baby, which upset Fancy. "Too bad I'm not really pregnant," Pretty thought to herself. Meanwhile, Fancy wondered how Luis would have time for her if he had kids with two other women. Luis assured her that everything would "work out." Later, Pretty asked Luis if he was really happy about the pregnancy. He admitted that he wasn't, but was determined to be a good father.

Theresa, disguised as Gertrude, listened in on Gwen and Ethan as Gwen tried to seduce him. Theresa was determined to continue ruining their evening. Gwen was thrilled when Ethan offered to take her to the Blue Note. When Ethan stepped out, he ran into Gert, who told him he couldn't go out because it was too cold. When that didn't work, Theresa knew she had to step up her plan. Later, Ethan and Gwen got all dressed up to go out, while Theresa arranged for Little Ethan to help him with her scheme. The plan? To wear a new disguise so the pair wouldn't catch her or Gertrude spying on them. "Disguises and spying? This is like the CIA," said Little E. Theresa later appeared, looking hot in a blonde wig. "Will Ethan recognize me?" she asked her son. "Even I don't recognize you," replied Little E. As Gwen and Ethan danced at the Blue Note, Theresa caused an "distraction," spilling drinks on herself. She then dumped hot sauce into Gwen's food, but it turned out to be some random customer's meal. Meanwhile, Ethan told Gwen that he hadn't been thinking about Theresa. (Wait, if he mentioned her, doesn't that mean he was thinking about her?)

At the hospital, Esme fretted over Julian and his mismatched manhood. "Poor Julian. I hope I don't worry about it falling off every time we make love," she sighed and compared him to a certain pop star...who's had a lot of plastic surgery. Meanwhile, in the operating room, a disguised Vincent taunted Eve over botching Julian's penis surgery. "There's still plenty enough left," laughed Vincent. "Not that he can do much with it. Not even Rebecca Hotchkiss is that limber." Vincent then praised his "dual-purpose equipment." Ewww!!! Eve threatened to tell everyone about him, but he wasn't scared. In the hallway, Esme regretted not seeing his attacker. Viki was offended when Esme referred to the attacker as being a "sick freak"... Sam overheard Eve and the nurse chatting and wondered what they were discussing. Eve prepared to tell him about Vincent, but then Julian began moaning in pain. Viki feared he'd name his attacker.... Vincent quietly warned Eve that he'd kill everyone she loves. (What, has he been chatting with Juanita?) Eve quickly got everyone out of the room. Viki planned to finish killing Crane, but kept talking to herself.... Eve explained to the group how Julian's penis was attached upside-down. Everyone stood there slack-jawed. Meanwhile, Julian began screaming; the group rushed in to see what was going on.

In another hospital room, Sheridan confronted a "pregnant" Pretty. She noted that she'd never win over Luis by getting an abortion and suspected that Pretty was hiding something....At the Crane mansion, Fancy continued to worry about how the pregnancy would affect her and Luis's relationship. He assured Fancy that she's important to him. Later, Sheridan called to inform him that Pretty was about to have an abortion. Fancy was disappointed when Luis suddenly left.

Also at the Crane mansion, Gwen was thrilled to have Ethan back in her bed. She was confident that she could make him forget about Theresa.... Pilar sadly stared at a picture of Theresa. Paloma joined her and tried to comfort her mom.... Theresa thought about how she wasn't able to break up Ethan and Gwen. Out loud, she wondered if she should stay dead and gone. Little Ethan overheard her and begged her not to leave. She agreed to stick around for her kids' sakes. Later, Rebecca interrupted Gwen and Ethan while they were having sex. Rebecca forced Gwen to ask Ethan if they could send Little E to boarding school. Ethan refused. They then introduced him to Dr. Spears, an expert on child rearing. (Was that supposed to be a dig at Britney? Ha!) Anyway, Spears encouraged Ethan to send him away.
