Eve woke up in the hospital to see Valerie at her bedside holding a pillow. Valerie reneged on Vincent's promise. She told Eve to go back to sleep while she goes to meet Julian. Valerie stepped out and met Julian. After kissing him hello she collapsed in his arms. When she came to, Julian urged that she get treated at the ER or by another doctor, but Valerie flipped out and refused. She said only Eve can treat her. Julian reminded her Eve was suspended from the hospital. Valerie stalled and said she'd ask Eve for a referral for a doctor she recommends. She returned to Eve's room and told Eve about her collapse. Eve surmised that Valerie is having a problem pregnancy. Val told Eve she needs to keep Eve alive a little while longer as a result. Valerie offered to move in with Eve, look after her and make sure she stays sober if Eve gets discharged from rehab. Julian was delighted by the idea, while Eve hid her horror.

Gwen doted on baby Jonathan and relished her future with Ethan. Meanwhile, Ethan phoned Pilar and asked her Theresa's whereabouts. Pilar said she couldn't tell him, but slipped and said Theresa's life is in danger. Ethan demanded answers. Pilar told him all she can say is to not give up on Theresa. Ethan asked Pilar to elaborate but Pilar hung up. Viki entered the kitchen with knife in hand, ready to kill Ethan. As Ethan took a sip from his coffee cup Viki stabbed him in the back...but that turned out to be a fantasy. When she really attempted to stab Ethan, Gwen arrived and stopped her from proceeding. As Ethan and Gwen made small talk, Viki seethed, eager to kill him. Viki babysat Jonathan while Gwen prepared to have a private dinner with Ethan. Meanwhile Viki "confided" her fears and worries to baby Jonathan. "I have to get rid of any man who comes between me and Esme," vowed Viki. Viki apologized to Jonathan for "having to kill your daddy."

Juanita offered to help Theresa but sensed she was afraid of something. Theresa said she doesn't know what to do. Juanita sat Theresa down and told her to tell her what's happened from the beginning. Theresa blabbed about why she was in Mexico, but stopped herself when she remembered Pilar's warnings about how dangerous Juanita is. She ran off, but not before tripping and leaving her cell phone and a photo of her family on the floor near Juanita. Juanita's henchman returned with pieces of Theresa's charred passport he found in the one of the room's fireplaces. Just then Theresa's cell phone went off. The henchman picked it up off the floor and handed it to Juanita, along with the photo Theresa dropped. Juanita flipped out when she saw Pilar in the photo. Juanita answered the phone and sadistically taunted Pilar, who begged Juanita not to hurt her daughter. Juanita vowed to make Theresa suffer before she kills her. "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth," Juanita declared. Pilar offered her life in exchange for Theresa but Juanita said that wasn't good enough. "I'll call you when Theresa's dead," Juanita vowed. Theresa ran into Juanita's henchman at the hotel. He drew his gun and warned Theresa not to run. Theresa shoved a cart into him, and as the henchman fall backward his gun went off in Theresa's direction.

Luis was happy to see Fancy and Marty getting along so well, but Sheridan warned that Fancy was coming on too strong. Luis disagreed and reminded Sheridan that Fancy was in his life for good. Outside, Pretty smiled over ruining Fancy's life by controlling the chip in her brain to make her go crazy. While Fancy sat with Marty, her head began to hurt and she became increasingly angry. Fancy asked Marty to go sit with Sheridan for a while, and when Luis came over to thank Fancy for being so great with his son, the chip in her brain sent her overboard about his being with Sheridan. "That little tramp is history, and you better get that through your thick, stupid head," Fancy screamed. Luis was shocked by Fancy's outburst, and Pretty watched from outside with delight. "If she keeps this up, Luis will be mine before midnight," she giggled.

Sheridan asked Fancy to leave because she was scaring Marty. Fancy continued on her rant, and began to threaten Marty with bad dreams of Alistair. Luis asked Fancy what was wrong with her, but Fancy kept going off. Sheridan threatened to call security if Fancy didn't stop, and after Fancy had done enough damage, Pretty showed up and said she'd take her home. When Fancy left, Sheridan promised Marty that Fancy would never come back.

Meanwhile, Kay looked in bridal magazines for a wedding dress. Miguel told her to pick out any dress she wanted, because he wanted her to be happy. Kay said she wanted their day to be magic, and Miguel told her it would be...but just not the kind she was used to. While they chatted, Noah and Paloma came in and mentioned that whenever they were in that house, strange things happened. Kay told them there must have been some misunderstanding, and that everything was completely normal. "This house if full of magic," Paloma insisted. "You two are a little too old for fairy tales," Kay replied. They dropped the magic discussion, and moved on to the lighter topic of wedding planning. Both Miguel and Noah complained about how much work and time it was taking to plan the weddings. Kay and Paloma suggested they have a double wedding. While the four tossed around ideas for the wedding, Pilar stopped by and Paloma gave her the good news. Paloma said she wanted to ask Theresa to be her maid of honor right away, but she noticed that Pilar didn't seem very excited. When Pilar began to cry, Paloma and Miguel urged her to tell them what was wrong. Pilar lied and said she was sad that Theresa may have lost Ethan for good, then she made them all promise to look after each other before she left. Miguel told Kay she wished Pilar would tell him what was really wrong. Kay offered to use her magic, but Miguel told her they couldn't risk it since Paloma and Noah were already suspicious.

A few rooms away, Tabitha still searched for the letter. "I'm not about to give up magic for some condescending mortal," she huffed. Endora reminded Tabitha that Kay loved Miguel. "Then let her give magic up and do us all a favor," Tabitha replied. After Tabitha searched for a while and couldn't find the letter, she used magic to straighten up the room, and vowed to turn Miguel into a toad. When she left the room, Endora found the letter inside a picture frame.

In Mexico, one of Juanita's men held Theresa at gunpoint. When Theresa tried to escape, the gun went off and they both landed on the ground. Moments later, Juanita came around the corner and smiled, thinking Theresa was dead. She turned away for a moment, and when she looked back, Theresa was gone. "Go after her!" Juanita yelled to her hit man. Theresa was already searching for a way out, and when she found a pay phone, she stopped to call Pilar. Before she could get the call to go through, however, Juanita and her hit man found her and knocked her out. When Theresa woke up, she was in Juanita's home. "I will finally have my revenge," Juanita laughed. She told Theresa she planned to use her to lure Pilar to Mexico so she could kill her, too. She also told her the doors and windows were electrified, and she'd be electrocuted if she tried to leave. Juanita called Pilar and told her she had Theresa, and Pilar begged her not to hurt her daughter. Juanita told Pilar she'd consider releasing Theresa in exchange for her life. "Once I have you, the vendetta will be over," Juanita said. Theresa screamed, telling Pilar not to come because Juanita's offer was a trap.

Tabitha continued searching for Miguel's letter. While she was busy looking, Endora had the letter in her hand. Tabitha finally gave up, and Endora hid the letter in a doll's head.

Ethan expressed his frustration to Gwen that Theresa is MIA again. He rejected Gwen's suggestion that Theresa is off with her lover. Gwen got Ethan to realize that he should give up on Theresa. She told him she'd always be there for him, and they kissed. Meanwhile, Luis told Sheridan that Marty was finally asleep. Sheridan claimed she could kill Fancy for terrorizing Marty. She said they need to agree that Fancy is never to be anywhere near Marty ever again. Luis said they shouldn't go too far, but Sheridan insisted it is too dangerous for her to be around Marty. Luis lamented that Fancy used to be so good with Marty. He and Sheridan debated whether Fancy is just like Alistair. Ethan and Gwen arrived to see Marty, but Sheridan told them he was already asleep. Ethan asked Luis if knew Theresa's whereabouts. When Luis said no, Ethan thought it odd that Theresa wouldn't even tell her family where she went. He expressed his fear that Theresa may be in trouble, and recited all of Theresa's recent bizarre behavior. Luis then explained Fancy's own bizarre behavior. Elsewhere, Gwen told Sheridan that she and Rebecca had a hand in Theresa's troubles. Sheridan marveled that Fancy is sabotaging her relationship with Luis all by herself. The two women toasted their romantic futures. Meanwhile, Luis and Ethan resolved not to give up on Fancy and Theresa, respectively.

Noah and Paloma and Kay and Miguel tried to work out the details of their double wedding and reception. The four disagreed on everything, from music to food to wedding cake. Miguel asked the ladies if maybe they shouldn't have a double wedding after all. Kay and Paloma said they still want to do it, but Kay said they all need to compromise. They then disagreed whether to splurge on the wedding or try to cut corners and save money. Paloma called a time out and said they're all arguing over what should be the happiest day of their lives.

Theresa tried to find a way out of Juanita's place, but she was trapped. Juanita appeared, aimed her gun at Theresa and asked her if she was ready to die. Theresa tried to make her understand that she and her family have already suffered enough over the years, and recounted her family's woes. "Please, give up this idea of revenge," pleaded Theresa. "Killing my family will not bring your family back." Juanita seemed to take pleasure at hearing Theresa recount her family's misery. She asked Theresa to explain her history with Ethan from the beginning. "Maybe you can convince me to spare your life," Juanita mused. Theresa filled in told the story. "I've been through hell the past eight years," surmised Theresa. "I can see that," acknowledged Juanita, who added, "I can see that Pilar raised an exact clone of herself: a lying, scheming slut who deserves to die." Juanita aimed her gun at Theresa again, but decided to wait until Pilar arrives so Pilar can witness her daughter's execution. Juanita then got a call from Pilar, who arrived in town. Juanita offered to exchange Theresa for Pilar. Theresa yelled to her mother that it was a trap but Juanita hung up the phone before Pilar could hear her.
